Article 1. “Purpose”
This Parkas aims to establish a tax mechanism to reduce the impact of challenges on the textile industry.
Article 2. “Goal”
This Parkas aims to set tax measures to provide income tax incentives to the textile, garment, footwear, handbags and bags and hat industries affected by the suspension of the EBA.
Article 3. “Scope”
This Parkas applies to textile enterprises, garment manufacturers, footwear manufacturers, handbags and handbags manufacturers and hat manufacturers in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
