Pursuant to the Royal Government’s decision, the Ministry of Economy and Finance would like to inform the owners of the stalled building projects in Sihanoukville, which has been built since 2016, be informed that the Royal Government has decided to continue to provide additional incentives by allowing the property tax exemption as specified in the “Special Program to Promote Investment in Preah Sihanouk Province 2024”, which will expire at the end of 2025, until the end 2028, for the stalled construction projects in Preah Sihanouks province, which was built since 2016 whether or not completed in 2025. This offer covers the construction of stalled building projects in Sihanuukville or not within the framework of the “Special Program to Promote Investment in Preah Sihanouk Province 2024”. At the same time, for the construction projects that have not yet received such concessions and other incentives, including the tax incentives through the “Special Program to Promote Investment in Preah Sihanouk Province 2024”, the project owners can apply to the working group of the special program in Sihoukville province for other incentives other than this property tax exemption.
