Job Description:
- To oversee and manage administrative tasks such as fix & maintenance, procurement, security guards, cleaning, and the company’s driver control
- To prepare Employee Contract and HR-related letters such as probation end confirmation, employee transferring, salary increment, employment certificate, salary clarification, promotion/demotion, termination and other company notification
- To translate document from English to Khmer or Vice versa
- To perform other tasks as assigned by top management
Job Requirements:
- BA in Human Resource or Administration or English
- At least 3 years’ experience in HR & Admin,
- Good knowledge in using MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point) Internet, Email
- Good knowledge of English regardless speaking, writing, reading or listening
- Positive attitude, hardworking, reliable, open mind, honest and be able to work under pressure
- Good relationship skill and communication skills
